SHOT RECORDS

APPLICATION Must be on file before your child may start

TOY DAY Children may bring a favorite toy on Tuesdays. Please do not bring toys on any other day.

COLOR DAY The children try to wear a particular color each Wednesday. Please speak with your child’s teacher about the color for each month.

MUSIC DAY Ms. Marilyn visits on Wednesday for musical instruction

BOOK DAY Please send your child in with his favorite book on Fridays. The children will share their book with their group.

NAPS Send in a small pillow and a small blanket for your child to use at naptime. Please don’t send regular size pillows and blankets as we do not have room to store them.

DRESS Children are encouraged to wear play clothes and sneakers. Daily activities include active and messy play. Children should feel comfortable enough to enjoy themselves without worrying about their clothes. Please send a change of clothes with your child.

CHILD PICK-UP Only persons listed on the application will be allowed to pick up your child from the center. Names can always be added or deleted from the list.

DOORS The doors on the sides of the building are unlocked for parents to use when dropping off, picking up, or visiting children.

In and out Children must be signed in and out each day. Ask your child’s teacher where the sign in book is located.

PAYMENT The first and last week’s payment for tuition is due upon enrolling. Thereafter, tuition is due each week the Friday before the week of services. Failure to make tuition payments could result in termination of services
